Be part of the 911±¬ÁÏÍøState East Bay community’s 24+ hours of programming around the 2024 Presidential Election! Our events offer a range of experiences, venues, and activities as we gather to watch, reflect, and discuss the outcomes and impacts on our campus and beyond—locally, nationally, and globally.

Students, staff, and faculty are encouraged to join any or all events. Drop in as your schedule and well-being allow.

FAQs

You must be 18 years of age and a U.S. citizen to vote in California. However, if you are age 16 or 17, you may to vote.

Legal residents of California who are not U.S. citizens, and undocumented California residents are not eligible to register or vote. Californians with a criminal history are eligible to register and vote under certain .

The deadline to register to vote in the November 5th General Election is October 21, 2024. If you missed the deadline to apply, you can go to a polling place or vote center to register. You will be able to register and vote on the same day - all the way up through Election Day.

While we know that not everyone may be eligible to vote, your voice still matters. Share the issues that are important to you with your friends and family members. Or, better yet, make your voice heard to your or federal representative ( or ). Everyone can engage in critical dialogue about candidates, legislation, and statewide propositions. Every voice is needed in our community!
