EMPOWERING TOMORROW-MAKERS

The College of Business and Economics (CBE) at 911±¬ÁÏÍøState East Bay celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2020.  Since day one, CBE has been the proud home of individuals who go beyond what’s easy to achieve. Our inclusive and supportive environment thrives on collaboration among students, faculty, staff, alumni and the community. We equip students with the tools and insights to achieve their individual goals. And our success is evident in the thousands of alumni who fuel the Bay Area economy and make a difference every day. 

The College of Business and Economics has been building a community that breaks down barriers and opens doors, transforming the lives of tomorrow-makers who dare to go beyond for decades to come.  

KICK OFF CELEBRATION

Forever Pioneer Weekend kicked off CBE's 50th Anniversary with a virtual tribute on Saturday, 10/17/20 from 1PM-2PM. Walk down memory lane with us and celebrate CBE's accomplishments. 

50 YEARS 50 STORIES

To commemorate this remarkable milestone, CBE will feature 50 stories that have empowered a diverse population with an entrepreneurial spirit to continue a tradition of transformation with us. This site will feature stories about exceptional individuals, historic milestones, memorable events and impactful programs that supported upward mobility in people and the world around us. These are stories that have shaped who we are today and compel us to continue going further.
