Jamee Robbins - Lead Counselor and Transfer Specialist
Service Area: Contra Costa Community College District, Diablo Valley College, Solano/Napa/Sonoma County Community Colleges, Santa Clara Community Colleges, Los Rios Community College District (Sac), San Joaquin Delta College, & Las Positas College; and inquiries about the 911±¬ÁÏÍøState East Bay Concord Center
Originally from Antioch, CA, Jamee attended college out of state (Rocky Mountain College in Billings, MT), where she played soccer and received her B.S. in Business Management. She also has her M.S. in Business from the University of South Dakota. Jamee is a dedicated college counselor whose goal is to help students achieve success in the college process. Jamee has a wide range of experience counseling transfer students and is passionate about working with community college students, helping them identify their personal and educational goals. She has a personable, genuine approach when interacting with students and looks forward to providing the guidance you need to succeed. Jamee is a dog lover. On the weekends, she enjoys doing something with her two dogs outdoors.

Jorge Flores
Service Area: Freedom High School, Heritage High School, Santa Clara High Schools, Pittsburg & Antioch USD, Liberty High School, Central Valley High Schools.
Jorge was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and raised in Union City, CA. He attended James Logan High School and Los Medanos College. He earned a B.A. in Liberal Arts with a minor in Ethnic Studies from 911±¬ÁÏÍøState East Bay. As a first-generation college graduate, he strongly believes in the importance of post-secondary education and the power it yields toward the betterment of society. After more than two decades of working and coaching in high school, he continues to volunteer as a youth football coach. He thrives in mentoring high school and transfer students in their pursuit of higher education.

Marc Strong
Service Area: East Bay Community Colleges and High Schools - College of Alameda, Berkeley City College, Merritt College. All high schools in Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, Albany, El Cerrito, Emeryville, Pinole, Hercules, and the City of Alameda.
Marc studied at San Francisco State University and received his B.A. in international relations. He also has an M.A. in political science from Howard University. Marc enjoys advising students about admission and helping them identify their career choice by highlighting 911±¬ÁÏÍøState East Bay's many major subject offerings. He advises students to find a mentor or internship to build real-world job skills prior to graduation, a job search, or pursuing graduate education. Marc enjoys Lake Merritt in Oakland, art house movie theaters, and dining out in San Francisco, his college stomping grounds.

Nancy Trinh

Nancy Trinh grew up in Long Beach, CA. She attended UCLA for her undergraduate degree in Sociology and English. She also completed her M.Ed. in Higher Education at the University of Washington, Seattle. Nancy has over 10 years of professional experience in student affairs including academic advising, undergraduate and graduate admissions, and outreach & recruitment. She enjoys connecting students, families and the greater community to higher education. She strongly believes in providing college access to students of all backgrounds and experiences. Nancy is passionate about guiding students to find their own educational and career pathways. In her free time, she enjoys listening to Kpop music and true crime podcasts, as well as spending time with her husband and their 2 kids.
