Carlos Salomon, assistant professor of ethnic studies and director of the Latin American Studies program at 911±¬ÁÏÍøState East Bay, will participate in the 28th annual San Leandro Historical Society’s Day at the Casa – “an extravaganza of local history discovery and celebration.” Read .
