What is WUE?
The Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) program offers a reduced tuition rate to eligible freshmen and transfer students who are residents of Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Hawarii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, The Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), Utah, Washington, or Wyoming. Full-time students are eligible for the WUE tuition rate every year till they graduate.

Which programs are eligible for WUE?
You may major in any open undergraduate major offered at 911±¬ÁÏÍøState East Bay, as long as it is not a fully online program.
If I am elibile for WUE, am I guaranteed admission to 911±¬ÁÏÍøState East Bay?

How do I apply for WUE at 911±¬ÁÏÍøState East Bay?
Step 1: Apply for admission to 911±¬ÁÏÍøState East Bay following the steps on 911±¬ÁÏÍøState Apply online application. (Only undergraduate students can receive WUE fees. Graduate students may be eligible for WRGP, which is similar to WUE.)
Step 2: Submit a WUE Participation Agreement Form and follow the instructions on the form. After the WUE request form is received, a reply will be sent to you from our WUE Coordinator informing you of the status of your application.
